Support for Bets
Many routine questions about grading are already covered in the platform rules, which are a good first place to look. Users usually write to support about the grading of a game that needed an extra period, a moved start time, a market that is missing, payments or account checks.
The page is where users compare pre-game and live odds, pick winner, handicap, points or period markets and confirm bets on the website or in the app. The choice of markets and services depends on how the fixture is covered and on the terms of each account.
